Volunteer Deposit

To reinforce the importance of our need for volunteers, NMVLL has implemented a volunteer deposit. Effective Spring 2025, each family will be required to provide a $150 Snack Bar Volunteer Deposit PER PLAYER (capped at $250 for families with two or more children playing in the league)

A check for the applicable amount made out to NMVLL must be received and confirmed by the league at uniform pick-up. Your player will not receive their uniform until your snack bar deposit has been received. 

Checks will be destroyed after snack bar volunteer shifts are completed.  If you do not fulfill your snack bar duty, the check will be cashed at the end of the season.  If your check does not clear, the balance will be added to your account and must be paid or cleared in order to register your child for any future season.   

** Not applicable to families that opted to buy-out their snack bar volunteer shifts during registration**


Due to the extensive time and effort required to fulfill these positions, the deposit requirement is waived for individuals volunteering in the following capacities: BOARD MEMBER, MANAGER (1 per team), COACH (2 per team), TEAM ADMIN (1 per team).
