As a volunteer-operated 501c(3) nonprofit organization, NMVLL relies on funds raised through community sponsorships to offset costs associated with operating our league (e.g. equipment, uniforms, maintenance expenses, training materials, Little League International annual charter & insurance fees).
Each team is responsible for securing a $500 sponsorship (can be multiple sponsors for smaller dollar amounts) to help cover league expenses and support our programs. This sponsorship can come from local businesses, organizations, or individuals who are willing to contribute to the success of our league. Please feel free to forward this information along to your team, as all families on your roster are encouraged to help secure a team sponsor.
Once you have secured a sponsor, please email [email protected] with the following information:
SUBJECT: Division/Team Name/Sponsorship 2025 [EXAMPLE: Coach Pitch Aztecs Sponsorship 2025, AAA Cardinals Sponsorship 2025, etc]
In the body of the email, please include the following information:
> SPONSOR/COMPANY NAME
> SPONSOR WEBSITE (if applicable)
> SPONSORSHIP CONTACT NAME, EMAIL + PHONE NUMBER
> PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD (check or credit card)
Our Sponsorship Coordinator will ensure 1) that your team receives credit for fulfilling the sponsorship commitment, and 2) that your sponsor receives all necessary details/recognition for their contribution to the league.
