To reinforce the importance of our need for volunteers, NMVLL has implemented a snack bar deposit policy.
Effective Spring 2025, each family will be obligated to provide a $150 Snack Bar Volunteer Deposit PER PLAYER (capped at $250 for families with two or more children playing in the league). A check for the applicable amount made out to NMVLL must be received and confirmed by the league at Player Evaluations (Majors, AAA, AA, A) or before team uniforms are distributed (Coach Pitch, Tee Ball). One check per family. Please make checks payable to NMVLL and include the following information in the memo area: snack bar deposit for XXX (player names and division).
Checks will be destroyed after snack bar volunteer shifts are completed. If you do not fulfill your snack bar duty, the check will be cashed at the end of the season. If your check does not clear, the balance will be added to your account and must be paid or cleared in order to register your child for any future season.
Placement of your player on a team is not final until your snack bar deposit check is received.
